Reserve a seat or get a same-day ticket
To attend, you need to apply for a reserved seat or get a free-seating ticket on the day. There are three ways.
One return-reply postcard (往復はがき) covers up to 2 people. On the back of the outgoing half, write everyone's names, the number of people, and the representative's address and phone number, and note it if anyone uses a wheelchair or similar. On the front of the reply half, write the representative's postal code, address and name. On the front of the outgoing half, write the ward office's postal code and "幸区役所地域振興課ハナミズキコンサート担当." Leave the back of the reply half blank. If there are many applications, seats are decided by lottery, with priority for Saiwai residents.
Online seats are accepted from Monday, Dec 14, 2026 to Friday, Feb 5, 2027. They are first come, first served, with up to 2 seats per application. You can choose your seat when applying, and applications close once capacity is reached. The application form is linked from the ward's page.
Free seating needs no advance application. Numbered tickets are handed out at the venue from 11:00 a.m. on the day, first come, first served, until they run out.
Check the seating chart for restricted seats
- Some seats cannot be used for viewing for operational reasons. You can check the seating areas in the "R8 seating chart" (PDF) on the ward's page.
- If you use a wheelchair or need assistance, apply for a reserved seat.
- The ward's announcement does not mention an admission fee.
- Cancellations, checking your application and changing the number of people are handled through the inquiry form on the ward's page.
The ward is also looking for volunteers to help run the event on the day. Volunteers can watch the concert from staff seats, and receive transportation costs (up to ¥2,000) and a boxed lunch. Details are on the ward's volunteer page.
