    • 109 shops closed from August to October. Most closed between Sept 23 and 30 on 2F–4F and in the food court, and 塩香源 on 1F Gran Food closed on Oct 7.
    • 16 closed shops, including BEAMS, COACH, HMV and SABON, have reopened or will reopen elsewhere in the mall. There are 22 openings from Aug 29 to Oct 31, including limited-time shops.
    • The west mall and the 2F station-side mall are closed for construction from October. They are set to reopen in summer 2027, the food court in December 2027, and the whole mall will hold its grand opening in spring 2029.

    • Positive voices included the bagels and sake at the bagel shop "Wamochiya," parfait and gelato made with the local "Nichigetsu" peach, and the old farmhouse with its bright evening crowds.
    • Negative voices were about lines and selling out. Posts said same-day entry at "flour+water" closed early and bagels sold out by early afternoon. Posts also said the parking lot and bicycle parking open on Wed, Nov 4.

    • On Wednesday, October 28, 2026, the shopping complex "Shin-Tsunashima MICCA" opens in front of Shin-Tsunashima Station on the Tokyu Shin-Yokohama Line (Kohoku Ward, Yokohama).
    • The 170-year-old farmhouse OMOYA becomes a bakery bistro, and the two-story wooden HANARE South and North buildings house restaurants, a drugstore and more — 21 shops in all.
    • On Tuesday, November 3 (a holiday), the opening event "MICCA Festival" is planned, with a market under the eaves and an outdoor film screening.

    • The hall LAZONA Kawasaki Plaza Sol, on the 5th floor of LAZONA Kawasaki Plaza, cannot be used from Monday, Oct 12 to Thursday, Dec 31, 2026.
    • The reason is work to replace the air-conditioning system. Bookings for January 2027 onward are still accepted during the closure.
    • The monthly "Lazona Yose" show, held on the third Tuesday, moves to Kawasaki Nohgakudo (川崎能楽堂) in Kawasaki Ward for October, November and December.
